Synopsis
In 2012, the Saenuri Party won the election and took power. But after the defeat in the election in 2016 and the subsequent impeachment, the regime changed over to the Democratic Party. What will be the result of the parliamentary election in 2020?
Director's Note
This film is a kind of a historical record about the sophistication and shamelessness of Korean society, focusing on the candidates′ election campaign. In particular, the so-called "underdeveloped neighborhoods", in which regionalism and developmentalism in election pledges are to be shown as spaces in Seoul where people live and actually exist and where there is trace of time and life.
