His second feature "Pattiyude Divasam" (2001) and third film "Arimpara" (2003) were both screened as an official selection of Cannes Film Festival. |
- Synopsis
- "Virgin Goat" is set in present day of south India. It is a dark comedy that deals with a farmer’s obsession to have his goat mated. However, family trauma, bureaucratic red-tape, a marauding mob conspire to turn a simple journey into a nightmare and force the farmer to confront the painful realities of his life, which he tries so hard to avoid.
